SOURCE POLICIES

Patch Testing

All tinting, lash lift and brow lamination services require a patch test to be carried out 48hrs before your first treatment with us. If you have not had one of these treatments within the last 6 months at Source or there has a been a change to your medical history such as Covid, vaccines, pregnancy, etc we will require you to have another to be sure there is no risk of an allergic reaction.  

Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be made by phone, text or via our social media platforms. For appointments over 60 minutes a 25% deposit is required. 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things crop up that may prevent you from making your appointments, however we do ask that you give us an much notice as possible. Any deposits paid are transferable once to another date so long as you give a minimum of 24hrs notice. Cancellations made within 24hrs or less than your appointment will unfortunately mean the loss of any deposit that has been paid.  Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show) will require 50% of the missed treatment to be paid before any further appointments can be made.

Late Arrival

If you are running late for your appointment please contact us by telephone to let us know. Arriving late to your appointment can have a knock on effect to clients arriving after you and therefore we will have to advise you on whether we can still carry out your treatment or re-arrange for another time.

General Etiquette

We are a small, private beauty studio and as such we are unable to offer a waiting area. Therefore we ask that you arrive to your appointment at the appointment time. We also ask that you attend your appointment alone where possible. Pease note that we are unable to provide treatments for children under 14 years old and those under 16 will require a parent/carer to be present during treatment.

Accessibility

Access to the studio is via 3 steps. Unfortunately we do not at present have a ramp facility.

as smoothly as possible.​
